Independent Expert Report - Directions to SA generators between 1 and 2 March 2020

Between 01 and 02 March 2020, AEMO issued directions to generators in South Australia.

In accordance with NER Clause 3.15.7B (c)(1), AEMO is required to appoint an independent expert to assess and determine the additional compensation claims for the Directed Participant that exceeds the $20,000 threshold and exceeds the $100,000 aggregate threshold

AEMO nominated an independent expert on 15 May 2020 with no objections received. AEMO then appointed Sami Aoude from IES Advisory Services Pty Ltd as the independent expert to determine compensation.
