Settlements

On Monday 17 May 2021, the 5MS Settlements platform was released into AEMO’s ‘live’ production environment.

The capabilities deployed in this release are in 30-minute settlement mode and include: 

• Web changes: Updated dashboards (e.g. Prudential, Prudential forecasting and Settlements Direct)
• New APIs to access some dashboards.
• Migration of the Settlements schemas
• New look for invoices and statements and the removal of two redundant options (Smelter reductions and Mandatory restrictions)  

Note: The Settlements platform will be updated to five-minute mode at rule commencement on 1 October 2021.
