Participant Impact and Requirements: The pre-production EMMS environment will be refreshed with production data (NEM, WARE, SETTLEMENTS & GSH databases).
The Electricity Market Management System (EMMS) and Gas Supply Hub (GSH) Pre-Production environment will be unavailable during the outage window.
Upon completion of the outage users will be required to log in to the GSH Trayport application using their Production credentials.Trayport passwords in Pre-Production environment will be replaced with their Production passwords

Update to system strength constraints in North Queensland
Refer to market notice 110677
AEMO and Powerlink are continuing to investigate system strength requirements in North Queensland.
Due to commissioning of new feeder 8905 (H13 Ross - H39 Woree) 275kV line in Far North Queensland, the system normal system strength equations for low North Queensland demands and all Karreya stations out of service conditions have been revised.
A revision to the constraint equations will be implemented at 1400 hrs on Tuesday 20th February 2024.
The new system strength combinations have now published in a limits advice document on AEMO's website. This advice contains all the combinations for Queensland for system normal cases.

SERVICE INTERRUPTION - ALERT
AEMO is experiencing a service interruption relating to the Market Settlement & Transfer Solution Enterprise MDM service.
The overnight MSATS CATS change requests are not reflected in the MSATS Enterprise MDM. This has also impacted the Meter Data ingestion.
MDPs are advised to not resend meter data files until advised or resolved notification for this incident has been received.

The direction was issued under section 116 of the NEL, and was a clause 4.8.9 instruction under the NER.

- All access to the Electricity B2B Hub will be unavailable.
- All access to the Gas B2B Hub and all ebXML gateways (AEMOMIBB, AGNLGWY, LVI & VENCORP) will be unavailable. CATS and MDMT transactions for VIC/QLD will be delayed during the maintenance window.
- Users are not required to take any action due to this change, however will need to enact manual workarounds for the outage period.
