AEMO declares a Forecast LOR1 condition under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region for the following Period:
[1.] From 1430 hrs 19/12/2023 to 1630 hrs 19/12/2023.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1360 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1180 MW.

There is an opportunity for testing QNI Minor for flows from NSW to Qld up to 750 MW on Tuesday 16th December from 0930 to 1800hrs.
This test includes a trip and reclose of a line in northern NSW.
