AEMO ELECTRICITY MARKET NOTICE
The Forecast LOR3 condition in the NSW region advised in AEMO Electricity Market Notice No. 120828 has been updated at 2030 hrs on 22/11/2024 to the following:
[1.] From 1430 hrs 27/11/2024 to 1500 hrs 27/11/2024.
The maximum load (other than interruptible loads) forecast to be interrupted is 166 MW at 1430 hrs.
[2.] From 1600 hrs 27/11/2024 to 1900 hrs 27/11/2024.
The maximum load (other than interruptible loads) forecast to be interrupted is 283 MW at 1800 hrs.
AEMO is seeking a market response.
AEMO has not yet estimated the latest time it would need to intervene through an AEMO intervention event.

An Actual LOR1 condition has been declared under clause 4.8.4(b) of the National Electricity Rules for the NSW region from 1800 hrs.
The Actual LOR1 condition is forecast to exist until 1830 hrs.
The forecast capacity reserve requirement is 1396 MW.
The minimum capacity reserve available is 1348 MW.
