This is to inform all Registered Participants that the Test Program for Inter-Network Tests associated with the Victoria – South Australia (Heywood) interconnector upgrade is published in accordance with the requirements of Clause 5.7.7(q) of the National Electricity Rules (Rules), which deals with inter-network tests.
The Test Program supersedes the draft program published on 9 October 2015.
