Amend Retail Market Procedures (RMP) WA to remove the obligation on the Compliance Panel (CP) to meet annually. The proposed change involves deleting the sub clause in clause 323A that requires the CP to meet annually. Should circumstances warrant it, either the panel or AEMO could request that a meeting be held at any time. Submissions for this stage of consultation close on 26 October 2018.
