AEMO has completed the consultation on the Market Settlement and Transfer Solution (MSATS) Procedures version 4.1
- Consumer Administration and Transfer Solution (CATS) Procedure Principles and Obligations Version 4.1 and
- Procedure for the Management of Wholesale, Interconnector, Generator and Sample (WIGS) NMIs Version 4.1.
The scope of consultation relates to:
- 016 MSATS Updates to reflect NMI Standing Data Access Rule
As per clause 11.66.2 of the National Electricity Amendment (Rule 2013 No. 6), relating to the Minor amendment of the Market Settlement and Transfer Solution Procedures, AEMO has not conducted a Draft Determination however consultation with the BMRG has taken place resulting in no further recommendations.
Several submissions were received in response to the Initial Determination consultation including BMRG responses, which has now closed.
AEMO’s Final Determination is to amend the MSATS Procedures as defined within the Final Determination Change Pack. The Final Determination can be viewed below.
