This Notice of Consultation informs all NEM Registered Participants, Metering Providers, Intending Participants and interested parties that the Information Exchange Committee (IEC) has conducted a consultation on B2B Procedures.
Notice of Consultation - B2B Procedures Version 2.2
The Information Exchange Committee (IEC) has initiated a consultation on the B2B procedures Version 2.2.
The scope of consultation related to the following processes within the B2B Procedures;
- 721 Provide Meter Data Timings
- 001 Minor & Manifest Changes

Final Determination
The consultation was conducted under clause 7.2A.3 of the National Electricity Rules (Rules) in accordance with the rules consultation requirements in clause 8.9 of the Rules.
The IEC received four submissions from the second round of consultation, which has now closed.
Following review of these submissions, a Final Determination has been prepared. The Final Determination and associated documents can be viewed below.
This is now subject to AEMO board B2B Decision which will be published on this page on or before 05/12/2014.
AEMO Determination
The AEMO Board met on Thursday 4 December 2014 to review the IEC B2B Procedures 2.2 consultation final determination. Having reviewed the Final Determination, the AEMO B2B decision is to approve the publication of B2B Procedures 2.2 with an effective date of 13th May 2015.
