This notice informs all participating jurisdictions, Registered Participants and other interested parties that AEMO has completed consultation on the NMI Standing Data Schedule V1.0.
The Schedule was developed in accordance with clause 3.13.12A of the National Electricity (Miscellaneous and Consequential) Amendment Rules 2010:
- AEMO must, in consultation with the responsible authorities for participating jurisdictions, Registered Participants, and other interested persons, develop a scheme for an NMI standing data schedule (the NMI Standing Data Schedule).
Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales currently have their own NMI Standing Data Schedules in accordance with clause 3.13.12 of the National Electricity Rules (NER). The National Electricity (Miscellaneous and Consequential) Amendment Rules 2010 will take effect from 1 July 2012.
Consequential Changes
At the completion of this consultation, consequential changes such as references to this NMI Standing Data Schedule and aligning definitions of relevant terminology in the MSATS Procedures will be considered.
AEMO received three responses to the Second Stage of Consultation, which has now closed. Following review of these submissions, a Final Determination has been prepared and is available below.
