Markets portal updates

As part of the series of early portal refreshes to help build an efficient online experience recently communicated in AEMO Comms Newsletter, we have launched a new look log in and landing page for the Markets Portal to better align it to our AEMO website (aemo.com.au)

In addition to the new look and feel, we are also launching 3 new functions: 

• An ability to tag your common used apps as ‘favourites’ by clicking on the little ‘star’ icon. All your favourite apps will be centralised into a ‘favourites’ menu right at your fingertips. 
• A ‘notifications’ banner has been enabled on our landing page so that you will be immediately notified of any current updates upon arrival to the portal. The update will be prioritised by importance, however, a new ‘Bell’ icon will give you visibility to ALL our updates with a simple click. 
• Online Help is an additional capability to the existing help function. Moving beyond PDF assistance, the online help will create a more intuitive way for participants to access help. 

It is important to note that changes are being made to the look and feel of these pages only. No changes will be made to any underlying data or application functionality.
